This work is for everybody. You don't need to know how to swim or float. There is no experience necessary. I will take care of everything, all you have to do is relax. I use floats to help support all body types. I offer this work to all people, all ages, shapes, sizes, and genders.

I let your body lead the session. I have no agenda, other than listening to your unique body and its needs. I have trained in many different modalities allowing me to intuit how much pressure to use on each person and who would like to stretch or move more and who would appreciate more stillness or gentle movement. This can change throughout the session, moment to moment. I am committed to being present with you to notice those changes.

I was Blown Away! - "I experienced Watsu® for the very first time with Heather. I arrived purposefully not knowing what to expect besides it being a salt pool massage and whoa was I blown away! Heather explained how it would work, in detail, before we entered the pool and made sure I felt safe and comfortable while receiving the service. The pool was large, warm, and comfortable, providing the perfect space to be receiving a massage. I kept my eyes closed the entire time to really immerse myself in the experience and enjoyed the sense of closeness so much that when I opened my eyes, I was surprised by the size of the pool. Lowest level of pain I've been in a long time - “I have chronic pain after being in an almost deadly car accident. I have had over 10 surgeries and still need more.
